EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

What happens next?

• We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request by email.
• Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
• Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once the return has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds

Where applicable under EU consumer law, we will refund:

• The purchase price of the returned goods.
• The original standard delivery charge paid at checkout.

Additional delivery services such as express shipping and other incurred costs are none refundable.
