When does Black Friday start?
  • Early Access: Wednesday 26th November at 4pm GMT 👉 Sign up here for early access 
  • General Access: Wednesday 26th November at 6pm GMT 
  • Sale Ends: Monday 1st December at 9pm GMT 
What discounts will be available?

Instead of having to enter a discount code at checkout, we will mark down all items with the appropriate discount - from 10% up to 60% off - discounts will be added automatically.

How do I avoid missing out on a product?

Items in your basket are not reserved until checkout. To speed things up, create an account to speed up the checkout process.

Stock is limited and sells fast, so act quickly! 

When will I receive my order confirmation?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email with your order number. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

What happens if I make a mistake with my order?

Due to high order volumes during Black Friday, we cannot amend, combine, or cancel orders once confirmed. You can still return items for store credit within 14 days of receipt

Please ensure all your details are correct before checking out. If you entered an incorrect address, your parcel must first be returned to us by the courier before reshipping. Re-shipping fees apply. 

Can you combine my shipping if I place more than one order?

Unfortunately, during the sale we cannot combine multiple orders.

Can I use other codes in the sale?
  • All other promotional discount codes will not be active during the sale and therefore cannot be used. 
  • Team BHE Loyalty program codes can still be used during Black Friday. 
  • Store Credit and Gift Cards can also be used at checkout. 
  • Discounts do not apply to delivery charges. 
When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 working days

Express and DHL Express orders will be prioritised, but please allow for extended processing times during this busy period. 

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Tracking updates can take up to 72 hours to appear. 

Customs & Duties

Customs and duties are charged by each country’s local Customs and Duties Office — these are outside our control. 

If you refuse to pay customs (where applicable outside the U.S.), please note: 

  • Returns can take up to 3 months to reach us. 
  • handling fee will be applied to any refunds or store credits. 

For the USA we operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. That means the price you see at checkout as an American customer is door-to-door, with all duties and taxes included. 

Will my order be part of the Christmas Returns?

Black Friday purchases are not included in our extended Christmas Returns window. However, we will offer Store Credit for any Black Friday returns received between 25th December 2025 and 16th January 2026.

Can I get a refund on my order?
  • Black Friday orders are eligible for Store Credit only — no refunds. 
  • Credit will be issued for the sale price paid (not the original RRP). 
  • Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. For full details, please see our Returns Policy.
