Black Friday FAQ
It is that very exciting time of the year ……. Black Friday Week!
Due to high volumes, we have made a few notes to hopefully answer any FAQ’s.
- This year, instead of having to enter a discount code at checkout, we will mark down all items with the appropriate discount - from 10% up to 65% on selected items.
- If you have items in your cart, they should remain saved until the sale begins however these items are not 'reserved' so maybe already sold out when you checkout. To avoid missing out - create an account so that your details are already saved then set up a wishlist. Add your favourites to a wish list which can easily be transferred to your basket when the sale is live.
- After ordering, you should receive an order confirmation by automated email. This will have your order number on which you will need for any future queries. Check your spam folder if you have not received the email.
- Please double check your basket before checking out! If you make an error on your order eg.wrong address, size, colour etc unfortunately we won't be able to change your order. Your statutory rights are not affected and you can cancel the order by returning to us within 14 days of receipt.
- Unfortunately if you have placed multiple separate orders, we are not able to combine these.
- No additional discount codes can be used in conjunction with the Black Friday Sale. If existing discount codes (other than store credit) are entered at checkout, the order will be cancelled.
- Discounts do not apply to delivery charges.
- Customs and duties may be payable. Please check with your local Customs office. These are out of our control and Black Heart Equestrian will not be liable for any customs/duty payments.
- Allow some extra time for your order to dispatch. We aim to get all orders shipped within 5 days of purchase. Please be aware, Royal Mail have two days of industrial strike planned for Thursday and Friday 24/25th November which may disrupt collections and deliveries. We will prioritise orders with Express Shipping but please allow extra time or select DHL Express if you require your order urgently.
- When your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Please use this to track your parcel. It can take up to 72 hours for the tracking information to be live so please wait a few days before contacting us if the tracking has not yet updated.
- Black Friday orders are not part of our extended Xmas Returns period however we will offer store credit for any returns until the end of January 2023
- Our Black Friday T’s & C’s allow for Exchanges only.
