Black Friday FAQ's

It is that very exciting time of the year... Black Friday!

Free Sock Promotion

Orders placed during our Black Friday Free Socks promotion (Monday, 2nd December 2024, from 9am to 9pm GMT) are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to substitute colour of your complimentary gift redeemed.

Please note that these complimentary items are non-returnable. Please kindly refrain from emailing our customer service team requesting a colour exchange as this will not be accepted.

Free Shipping Cyber Monday

On Monday 2nd December from 9am GMT to 9pm GMT our Worldwide Free Shipping discount will be live!

The Free Shipping discount will be automated at checkout and will be activated on all orders over £20.00.

How can I get early access?

Our early access will begin on Wednesday 27th November at 3pm GMT.

General access will be availble from 6pm GMT.

Our Black Friday sale will end at 9pm GMT on Monday 2nd December.

What discounts will you be offering?

This year, instead of having to enter a discount code at checkout, we will mark down all items with the appropriate discount - from 10% up to 60% off on selected items - so the discount will be added automatically.

How do I avoid missing out on a product?

If you have items in your cart, they should remain saved until the sale begins however these items are not 'reserved' and may be sold out when you checkout.  To avoid missing out - save time by creating an account so that your details are already saved then set up a wish list. Add your favourites to a wish list which can easily be transferred to your basket when the sale is live.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

After ordering, you will receive order confirmation by automated email.  This will have your order number on which you will need for any future queries.  Check your spam folder if you have not received the email.

What happens if I make a mistake with my order?

Double check your basket before checking out. Due to high volumes, it won't be possible to amend or change your order.   Your statutory rights are not affected and you can cancel the order by returning the goods to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please also check that you have entered your delivery address and contact details correctly.  If you do enter an incorrect or incomplete address you will need to wait until the courier has returned your parcel to us before it can be resent.

Please note: UK redirects can take up to 14 days and International redirects can take 30+ days. 

Can you combine my shipping if I place more than one order?

Unfortunately during the sale we are not able to combine multiple orders.

Can I use other codes in the sale?

No additional discount codes can be used in conjunction with the Black Friday Sale.

However, if you have an outstanding credit note, this can be used against your order.

Will the discount apply for shipping?

Discounts do not apply to delivery charges.

Will I have to pay customs on my order?

Customs and duties may be payable.  You must check with your local Customs office as these are out of our control and we will not be liable for any customs/duty payments.  

If you refuse to pay any customs/duties, it can take up to three months for the parcel be returned to us and a handling fee will be applied to any refunds.  

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to get all orders shipped within 5-7 working days of purchase. We will prioritise orders with Express Shipping and DHL Express but please do allow extra time if you require your order urgently.

How will I track my parcel?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information.  It can take up to 72 hours for the tracking information to be live so please wait a few days before contacting us if the tracking has not yet updated.

Will my order be part of the Christmas Returns?

Black Friday orders are not part of our extended Christmas Returns period, however we will offer store credit for any Black Friday returns received between 25th December 2023 and 16th January 2024.

Can I get a refund on my order?

Our Black Friday T’s & C’s allow for Store Credit only.

Store Credit will only be to the value of the sale price.

To return for Store Credit, please fill out the card received in your order and send back to us within 14 days of receipt.
