unlike our usual collections, our merch is made to order.
we've teamed up with a third-party production partner, who prints and fulfils each tee especially for you once your order is placed.
this means your merch isn't sitting on a shelf at black heart hq waiting to be packed. it's created specifically for your order. pretty cool, right? we kinda like it too. less unnecessary stock, less waste, no muss, no fuss.
shipping & delivery
because our merch is made to order, production takes a little extra time before your order is dispatched.
your merch will be shipped directly from our production partner, rather than from black heart hq.
a few things to keep in mind:

merch may arrive separately from other black heart items in your order.

your order may arrive in more than one parcel, even if you're ordering multiple off-duty pieces.

production and delivery times may differ from our usual collections.

your merch may be produced and dispatched from outside the uk. fulfilment locations depend on the item, size, colour and availability, so shipping costs can sometimes vary between products and variants.
if you see the shipping price and think, this is kinda high? it might be worth checking whether another colour option is available from a different fulfilment location. but if you've found your perfect tee and you're happy with the shipping, go for it girl.
estimated delivery information will be provided at checkout, but please remember that these are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
returns & exchanges
we want you to love your new merch, so please double-check the size guide and product details before ordering.
as each piece is made to order, we're unable to offer our usual direct size exchanges for merch.
changed your mind?
no worries! you have the right to cancel your eligible online order within 14 days of receiving it, even if it's made to order.
you can choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit if you'd prefer. if you're exercising your statutory cancellation right, we'll also refund any applicable standard delivery charges in accordance with your consumer rights.
you'll be responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. please take care when trying on your items, as we may make a deduction from your refund if an item has been handled beyond what's necessary to check its fit, nature and characteristics.
to arrange a return, please contact our customer service team at info@blackheartequestrian.com within 14 days of receiving your order. you'll then have a further 14 days to send your item back.
please don't send your merch back to our production partner or black heart hq without contacting us first, as we'll need to provide you with the correct return instructions.
something not quite right?
if your merch arrives damaged, faulty or with a printing issue, please get in touch with our team at info@blackheartequestrian.com, ideally with your order number and a few photos, so we can get things sorted.
your statutory consumer rights always apply, and nothing in our returns policy affects these rights.

We do our best to meet these delivery estimates, however we cannot guarantee them. The following are based on business days, and predicts transit time after the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse.
